My Journey to the Top
Health and Wellness begins with
diet and exercise!

Accomplishments and Future Goals
Recent Accomplishments:
By climbing, I am promoting the importance of diet and exercise.  For me, weight loss
surgery wasn't a miracle cure, just a jump start to a new healthier lifestyle.  All of the
activities listed below were achieved because of my strong determination to succeed.  I never say "can't", and love all challenges.
